1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing https://www.4ktvdubai.online, requesting a demo, or purchasing a subscription from 4KTV Dubai, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

4KTV Dubai provides IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscriptions that may include live channels, video on demand, and related setup support for compatible devices. Features, channel lists, and picture quality can vary by plan, device, and internet connection.

We serve customers across the UAE. A free demo may be offered at our discretion so you can test suitability before buying.

3. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to enter a binding agreement under applicable law
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials, playlist links, or app access details confidential
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your subscription access
  • Tell us promptly via WhatsApp if you believe your access was shared or stolen

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially exploit your subscription without our written permission
  • Share account credentials beyond the device limits of your plan
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload our systems
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes under applicable UAE or local law
  • Harass support staff or submit fraudulent refund or payment claims

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these rules were violated.

5. Devices and internet

You are responsible for your devices, apps, Wi‑Fi or Ethernet connection, and ISP service. Streaming quality depends on bandwidth, device capability, and local network conditions. We provide setup guidance but cannot guarantee uninterrupted 4K (or any) playback on every network.

6. Payments and renewals

  • Subscription fees are typically charged in advance for the plan period you choose (for example monthly, 6 months, or yearly)
  • Prices shown on the website may change; the price confirmed at purchase applies to that order
  • Unless otherwise agreed, renewals may require you to contact us to continue service after the paid period ends
  • Failed or incomplete payments may result in delayed activation or suspension

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, including any 7-day money-back guarantee described there. Except as stated in that policy or required by applicable law, fees are otherwise non-refundable.

8. Service changes and availability

Channel lineups, apps, server routes, and features may change. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We will try to restore service promptly but do not guarantee continuous, error-free availability.

9. Intellectual property and website content

Website text, branding, and materials belonging to 4KTV Dubai may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Third-party trademarks and channel brands mentioned for identification remain the property of their owners.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4KTV Dubai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or viewing opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at the end of your paid period. We may suspend or end access for non-payment, misuse, or material breach of these terms. Sections that by nature should survive (such as liability limits and payment obligations already incurred) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. For material changes, we may also notify active customers via WhatsApp when practical. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
